NEW PATIENTS

We are so excited to meet with you and help you. There are a few things you should know about this practice before your appointment. If you haven't read the "About Us" page please do so. Also:

1. Please make sure to bring your insurance card and your ID.

2. If street parking is not readily available, we suggest that you park in our underground parking structure just south (the driveway to the right when you are in front) of our building. We will stamp your ticket so that your parking cost is reduced to $2.

3. Please bring cash or check, written off a bank local to San Diego for your payment (i.e. co-payment).

4. Appointment cancellations must be made 2 business days prior to your set appointment, otherwise you will be subject to a $35 charge.
